Free Returns

To return it, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it (unless

it arrived damaged or ruined). It must also be in its original packaging.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

 

If you still have not received a refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially registered.
